Important: To activate the insurance in the event of damage, please follow these steps if you notice any visible external damage upon delivery:

1. Accept the delivery with reservation: Indicate on the delivery receipt that you have received the package with visible damages.
2. Notify the courier immediately: Inform the courier of the damages at the time of delivery.
3. Contact us via email: Report the issue to our customer service within 2 business days of receiving your shipment.

Failure to notify the courier of the damage with a reservation may render it impossible to activate the insurance coverage.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
